The Old Coach House Accommodation: Deposits & Cancellation Policy

Deposits:

Deposits confirm a reservation and are non refundable
A £20 per room per night deposit is required at time of booking - or £30 if booking just one night
If booking is within seven days of arrival, 50 per cent deposit is required; bookings within 24 hours of arrival date require payment in full

Cancellations:

Cancellations made more than seven days before arrival will not incur further charges
The deposit may be credited if a re-booking is made within 12 months by the same guest
Cancellations within seven days of arrival - the cost of the stay will be charged in full unless we can re-let accommodation

We recommend that you take out holiday insurance in case you may need to cancel your accommodation booking. Notify us within 24 hours of booking if these terms and conditions are not acceptable.
